Thank you so much for sharing your honest thoughts with us, Lola. So many of us suffer in the same ways. Talking about it and even just being aware of it is definitely a step toward finding freedom. Exploring ways to refocus that negative energy can be liberating! Take good care and thank you for being such a loyal reader. We see you and we appreciate you SO much! xo ~Team Busbee

It really resonates with me. I find myself tense and angry all the time. Always expecting the worst. I feel like if I don’t do things myself it won’t be done right. As a working mom of 2 small children I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. My husband is great but I also feel like what he does is not enough. Everyone tells me to enjoy all the little mishaps and moments but I just can’t. I am currently on a summer vacation with my family and I can’t relax. I am trying to be intentional about thinking positive and being in the moment and boy is that hard! Glad to know it’s not just me with these feelings.
I read your posts daily and I am 35. Thank you Busbee Team for bringing up the necessary discussions. No point looking good if you don’t feel good.
