Nutrition Round-Up: 12 Apps To Help You Stay On Track Every Day

Maybe you got a little fluffier during the pandemic. Maybe you had a recent check-up, and your doctor wants you to improve your diet. Or maybe you just want to focus on what you’re putting in your body to improve your wellbeing. No matter which scenario is yours, is improving your nutrition on your list of 2022 resolutions? One of the best ways to focus on your nutrition is to track what you eat. But keeping an old-school food diary can be difficult and time-consuming. There are tons of apps that you can use that will help you keep track of your nutrition. But how do you know if the app will really help you? Don’t worry, here’s a round-up of my favorite apps to help you stay on track every day.

If you’re interested in more nutrition posts, you can find them all here.

Nutrition Round Up: 12 Apps To Help You, Best Nutrition Apps, Asian woman unloading healthy groceries, keep track of calories, track healthy eating, track eating habits

A Nutrition App for Everyone!

Each of these apps has its own features and benefits. We’ve got you covered if you want a no-frills calorie counter, fun new meals to try, or a super-detailed approach to rethinking your eating habits. There is even an option if you’ve struggled with highly restrictive eating. Most are free, but some are not. And some have a free version but upgrades are available with the paid version.

Do you track your nutrition? If you do, do you use an app? I would love to know if I left any good ones off of this list, so let me know in the comments.
