Beauty Influencer Product Recommendations
I’m a notoriously early riser (think 4 am on the regular). Even on weekends, I’m up before the sun. (Yes, I’m crazy). But I love this quiet time of just me, a cup of fresh coffee and my Instagram feed. A few lovely minutes of scrolling #OOTD and #newmakeup and I’m inspired. Especially by product recommendations from some of my favorite influencers. These amazing women know their stuff and only recommend items they truly enjoy no matter if it’s high-end or a drugstore find. (That transparency is why I make a point to do the same with you!) When these women say, “Try it”, I usually do! So, it’s no surprise that I’ve tested these product recommendations and fell in love. In fact, I’m so happy with these treasures, I know I will repurchase them!

Helena - The Brooklyn Blonde
Aside from her chic fashion aesthetic, Helena's take on makeup and skincare is spot-on. And while I've tried many of her recommendations, it's this summer's purchases that have made a huge impact for me. A mascara that doesn't move. A lash serum that WORKS like magic. And a hairbrush that truly tames frizz.
If you haven't watched Angie's YouTube channel, what are you waiting for? This woman knows her stuff. From skincare treatments, tools and procedures to makeup application, this over-50 influencer is a powerhouse. The holy grail of eyebrow tint pens. A drugstore foundation that rivals products 3x its cost. And concealer that rates so high, it's a Busbee team fave!
Need to relax? Just watch Susan wash her face or apply sunscreen. Hypnotic. And yes, oddly soothing. But aside from the face washing and reviewing drugstore beauty dupes, she's also the founder of Naturium, a truly wonderful skincare line (available at Target!). Her Vitamin C Serum is my new holy grail (it's officially replaced an old favorite that costs nearly 10x more!) She also recommended my new favorite sunscreen and a "delicious", glowy hyaluronic acid that's now in my nightly routine.
These former beauty editors have teamed up for a weekly podcast that is truly addictive. Their "Damn Goods" episodes are not to be missed. I can confidently say that their recommendations are nearly perfect. Look no further than my Amex bill. The skin tint that now tops my all-time fave list. The perfect solution to bed head. And the endless summer glow. What's not to love?
